Regulations for commercial filming and photography
- Professional photography, film production and other art projects made out of the tourist trails could take place only with the permission of the Managing Director of the Biebrza National Park.
- The permission can be received after fee paying and signing an agreement , which must include following information:
- Date of the project.
- Place/Places of the realization of the project within the area of the Biebrza National Park.
- Fees: according to point 3 and 5 of these regulations
- regulations of any other matters concerning protection of natural values of the park or film production or photography as well as accommodation, transportation, national park employees assistance
- film maker or photographer statement to obey the Polish Nature Protection Act and tourist access regulations in the park.
- The fees for photography without supporting constructions are the following:
- monthly fee – 150 PLN + 22% VAT
- quarterly fee – 400 PLN + 22% VAT
- yearly fee – 1500 PLN + 22 % VAT
- The fees do not include park entry fee.
- Fee for filming without support filming constructions (e.g. hides, shelters etc.) amounts to 150 PLN/day + 22% VAT
- Filming and photography support constructions need additional permit from the managing director of the national park.
- Filming and photographing from designated tourist trails does not require any special permit
- The photographer, film-maker must inform nominated Park Service officer before entering the park for filming/photographic activities.
